Shipping Policy
Orders placed on Fridays and weekends will be processed as of the first day of the week, Monday.
Unfortunately, transactions are not possible on weekends and public holidays.
Your orders will be processed within “1-3” business days and your cargo tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. (We recommend that you make sure that you write your e-mail address correctly and check your spam / junk boxes in order to receive your notification e-mails when ordering.
Our packages delivered to the cargo company will be delivered to you within “1-5” working days. Due to the density, it may change during this process. (Unfortunately, transactions are not possible on weekends.
If the cargo company arrives at your address and the delivery cannot be made, you can receive it from the nearest cargo branch.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for you to make a transaction or speed up the cargo process by contacting the cargo company by phone, so we recommend that you do not waste your valuable time trying to contact the cargo company.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can exchange / return within 30 days.
Packages that you deliver to the cargo company are delivered to us within an average of 3 working days. Unfortunately, transactions are not possible on weekends.
After your package is delivered to us, your transactions will be completed within 3 working days and an information e-mail will be sent to you automatically.
You can follow your exchange / return process by requesting the cargo tracking number of the packages you will send to us as exchange / return from the cargo company.
You can send your packages to us as exchange / return free of charge with the cargo company we send.
After your exchange process is completed, your new cargo tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail, we recommend that you check your spam / junk boxes.
After your return process is completed, you will be sent an information e-mail. If you do not receive an e-mail, we recommend that you check your spam / junk boxes.
After your return transactions are completed by us, it will be returned to the card you have processed by your bank within an average of 10 working days.
